  5. booking.com at fault

    booked via booking.com - apartment good for 1-2 people and near slopes heating not that functional during my week - chantemerle 17 helped sort as best they could note the apartment is at bus stop the plateau - correct on chatemerle's info and guidance but 3 miles from where booking.com pin it and show local amenities - both i and chantemerle 17 are 'in discussion' with booking.com re refund for incorrect info posted by booking.com - mis selling - suggest book though another agency - booking.com have been useless in assisting me and hide behind general platitudes - i wont use them again chantemerle worth a visit so long as you know where it is and accept bus in. and out of meribel centre in the evenings etc and the agency and owner made every effort to assist me with the incorrect info on booking.com's selling website - which did creat serious problems during my stay - thanks raphael - no thanks to booking.com!
