Logement haut de gamme
Excellent séjour en famille (8 personnes) avec un appartement refait à neuf, très bien pensé (agencement) et bien équipé. Trois belles chambres et trois salles de bains (+ 3 toilettes) avec une pièce cabine d'appoint pour monter à 10 personnes si nécessaire. Logement bien situé (départ Morel à 200 mètres) même si le retour à ski n'était plus possible à ce stade de la saison (piste fermée lié au manque de neige en ce début d'avril). Mérite 4,5 étoiles.

Positive: Great chalet. Makes great use of the space. Lovely location. Great to be able to get to the lift so easily. Well equipped kitchen for proper self catering. Very communicative and helpful team looking after it. Highly recommended. Will look to come back. Negative: Nothing.

Super séjour au ski dans cet appartement. Le télésiège Morel est à 100m à pied de même que les arrêts de bus ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer sans voiture. Appartement très bien équipé et joliment décoré. Seul petit bémol il n'y a pas de savon/gel douche, ce qui n'est pas un problème en soi mais c'était mentionné dans la liste des équipements et donc nous n'en avions pas prévu. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

From the moment we booked, Fabrice was a great host, in touch with lots of suggestions for ski hire/passes etc. The property is really well thought out and equipped; it made for very easy leaving during our stay. The boot room and heated boot rack was a real bonus. There are so many bathrooms/loos, and the beds are really comfy. The location is great if you don't mind it being a bit quieter. The ski lift is very close. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Stay in Meribel
Amazing apartment - super comfortable and very well equipped. The apartment is a 100m walk to the Morel chairlift, and you can ski right back to the apartment using a small off-trail path (that’s easily accessible). It’s a 800 m to Meribel centre. A really wonderful experience!

great property in a great location, but: - no hand soap in the bathrooms - no soap or shampoo in the showers (explicitly mentioned as included on airbnb) - no paper towels in kitchen - moldy sponge (so we had to buy more) - not enough toilet paper (1 already used roll in each bathroom for 7 people over 8 days...) Fabrice is nice and let us check in a bit early to store our stuff in the gear room. The apartment is really really nice, and great access to slopes.

Great stay
Fantastic week in Meribel. The CVR team had great communication before and during our stay, helped us sort lift passes and any queries we had were answered quickly. The property was very clean and modern and plenty of space for us all. The heated boot rack is a great bonus! The bus stop is only a few minutes from the property as is the morel chairlift and there is a Sherpa shop another few minutes walk away. Would love to stay again!

While i'm sure the usual demographic for this property would be a family, as a group of 8 with 2 couples this place was virtually perfect (provided the others don't mind the shared room). The beds were really comfortable, showers lovely and all the amenities a group needed for a week long stay. We had more or less all the cookware we needed for meals, plenty of glasses and having a washer/dryer and dishwasher always makes things easier in groups.

Brilliant location - you can ski in and it’s a 5 minute walk to the Morel lift. Fabrice was very communicative and the check-in videos were great. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking and the set up was perfect for our group of 9. Would definitely stay again!

A terrific apartment in a terrific location. Ski to the door and the Morel lift only a few minutes walk away. Our group were able to spread out and use the multiple bathrooms and facilities. Having our own boot warmer was a particular treat too. The welcome videos and guides from Fabrice were inspired!

Très bon séjour dans un appartement très chouette, tout refait et très agréable. Il est très bien équipé et est parfait pour 8 personnes. Sa situation est idéale pour l’accès aux pistes et aux commerces. La conciergerie qui gère l’appartement était un peu débordée au moment de l’arrivée. Heureusement les propriétaires étaient sur place cette semaine là et ont tout fait pour que nous passions un super séjour.

Worst AirBnB experience of our life (we were a group of 6 people). First time we went for a refund and rebooking through Airbnb support. 1. The amenities were missing although they were listed in the amenities section. Instead of being sorry the owner says they were not in the textual description. 2. Very dirty - hair in the shower (the owner offered 50eur to compensate for this but did not send it), surfaces dirty with fingerprints, spider nets, dishes not removed from the dishwasher etc. We felt like they forgot to do cleanup at all or did it much earlier before we arrived. 3. The beds were not made, we had to do it by ourselves. 4. They charged us a 1500 EUR security deposit directly by card outside Airbnb systems which is against Airbnb rules. While talking to Airbnb support they clearly said to us hosts should never ask their guests to pay this way. We did not know it but as a host they clearly should know it better. We are still not confident we will fully get it back. 5. Broken communication. They were not willing to write timely responses in Airbnb chat (needed for Airbnb mediation), only in WhatsApp. When we notified that we would have to request a refund they got angry and were arguing that shower gel and soap were not in fact to be supplied by them. Also said they would still “charge for the first day” no matter the refund process decision from Airbnb because “we act like that”. 6. The worst is this all has happened on the birthday celebration on one of the guests and we spent so much time dealing with the issue that it really broke the mood for proper celebration.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. L'appartement est très bien pensé. Le nombre de salles de bain est un atout indéniable surtout à plusieurs familles. Le local ski room est très pratique pour déposer tout le matériel et équipement de ski. Avoir ses lits faits à l'arrivée est très agréable et la mise à disposition de serviettes (grandes) est top. Bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et la communication est très simple et fluide. Merci.
